Why We’re Called CORSAIR
The name CORSAIR comes from the original vision behind our business. From the very beginning, we planned to expand beyond just cars and eventually detail airplanes, boats, and automobiles. The name “Corsair” reflects that ambition, as it is associated with all three worlds — an aircraft, a boat, and even a classic car all share the Corsair name. It represents movement, craftsmanship, and versatility across air, land, and water — the foundation of what we set out to build.
Corsair South was established in early 2020 by Janis Lasmanis.
Janis founded Corsair to provide the highest level of service possible to clients looking for something more than the standard detail services available, and he continues to run the day-to-day operations.
